Additionally featured in this latest photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key detailing distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
