The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Warriors Party

From the very beginning of the fourth campaign, fresh DM Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with rich lore, a colorful mix of characters, and a gripping narrative showcasing divine entities, fiends, and dark forces expanding in power within the city.

Heads-up: Revealing details for the third episode of the new season are included.

The Warrior Group Revealed

The latest chapter finished on a huge suspense moment and presented the premier party of characters who will separate from the main group to begin their independent quest, apart from the additional parties.

The combat-focused team consists of Teor Pridesire (played by Travis Willingham), Thimble (Laura Bailey), Tyranny (the cast member), the cleric (Sam), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

Why Split the Party?

Given 13 cast members, it was evident from the outset that maintaining everyone at one table would be impossible.

Hence, the opening chapters of this story serve as an Introduction, weaving together the personal journeys before splitting into three smaller tables: Soldiers, Strategists, and Explorers.

The Nature of the Warrior Group

According to the Dungeon Master, the warrior group is for players who are drawn to a typically action-packed fight-heavy gameplay experience where peaceful solutions are few and far between.

Initially, figures such as the reluctant priest Wicander Halovar might appear out of place, but the developments of the latest installment show why these specific adventurers are ideally matched for the Soldiers table.

Reasons to Leave

To begin with, the group knows exactly where to go next after a brutal first encounter with The Crow Keepers.

Casimir of the deceased character—whose passing initiated the story’s plot—used The Crow Keepers for his own means, breaking into the secret base, assaulting the character, and swiping all the enchanted items to sell off.

The traitor then cleared his debts and fled to a secure base in the remote area, beyond Dol-Makjar, with Cyd Pridesire pursuing him.

Character Drivers

Moreover, each character has a specific drive to exit the urban setting:

  • Thimble, as Thjazi’s partner and closest confidant, seeks retribution.
  • The adventurer knows the region and advises that it is a hostile place.
  • The warrior and Wicander, having resisted his relatives’ demands to execute the target and instead freed him, have no safe haven.
  • However, their reputation as key figures in the influential clan could help the group reach locations they normally couldn’t.
  • Furthermore, The fighter pledged a eternal obligation to The savior for his salvation and will now accompany him anywhere.

Fugitives

Finally, all of them are wanted by the powers that rule the city for a multiple motives, making staying in the city too risky:

  • Thimble and The hero are known criminals.
  • The strong figure and The healer betrayed the powerful family and the horde of evil beings they are aligned with.
  • Teor is wanted dead by House Halovar.

This leaves them few options but to travel to Timmony in pursuit of the traitor.

Upcoming Developments

From the recent installment’s follow-up content, we discover that the Soldiers table won’t be around in the upcoming installment, leaving the other eight cast members to form the Questers and Planners tables.

Audiences can look forward to learning which characters will be where in the story’s final introductory chapter, available to watch on October 24.
